Maybe you want to sketch. We do suggest silencing your cell phone to not distract you while in session, but feel free to bring it in with you if you’d like.

3. How do I pay for a session? At Well Culture Counseling we will grab your credit card number while filling out paperwork. No worries about logging in to pay invoices. We will put the charge through the night of your appointment.

4. How often do I come to counseling? We suggest that you start weekly. How often you come to counseling is going to depend on the goals you have and quickly you’d like to meet them. Consider going to the gym. If you go once a week versus once per month you may see different results. This can true in therapy as well. Consistent work with your counselor will help you get where you want go.

5. What do I talk about in counseling? Yo mama. Just kidding… or maybe not. But more seriously, you can talk about whatever seems important to you in your sessions. Think of your counselor as a flashlight. You get to decide where to look and they can help you see.
